The engine is mated to either a 6-speed automatic transmission or 6-speed manual transmission.
The EX trim has an elective 3.5-liter V6 engine that is capable of developing 248 lb-ft of torque and 276 hp. It is mated to only 6-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle has a standard front-wheel drive and optional all-wheel drive, along with a locking center differential too.

The Kia Sorento has made a cool impression on the customers so far, and it offers very quiet and smooth drive. The position of driver’s seat is a bit high for commendable drive, nevertheless, the interiors are very good and seats are designed to provide high comfort to the passengers seated at the rear portion.
